Rebookt is an automated client follow-up platform for service businesses. It sends email sequences (aftercare tips, check-ins, review requests, rebooking reminders) on behalf of registered businesses to their clients.

All emails sent through Rebookt comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Each email includes the sender's identity, a physical address, and an unsubscribe mechanism. Business owners are responsible for ensuring their email content complies with applicable laws.

6. Pricing & Billing

Current pricing is displayed on the Rebookt website. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Free trial terms are subject to change.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, active email sequences will be stopped.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rebookt is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
